2012 Olympics

I realized today that the 2012 Olympics are going to be in London! I started to get all excited at the thought.  London is only 92 miles from where we will be living and we could easily go to them. I then realized another point. Yuck, traveling to England is going to be expensive that summer and the traffic and road issues in London itself are not going to be much fun. Come to think of it, the 2010 Olympic games were 103 miles away from where we live now, and you didn't see me there. I am guessing that they will not end up meaning a thing to me ... other than maybe an opportunity to visit with other Americans :)
